The first lesson will start by getting to know the topics you have previously covered, if there were any you were particularly stuck on, the exam board you are on and how you find best to learn. For the sessions we would then talk about the topics you have been learning or any you would like to go through, and really make sure to go over parts which can be harder to grasp. I also find that going through examples is a really good way to get the hang of maths. At the end of the session we will review what we have done and set an activity which you can do in your own time to help further your learning. I will also ask what you would possibly like to cover in the next session but will be completely fine if by the time that comes you would like to cover something else.
