Firstly, a couple of oral and written tests would be done to analyze the student’s strengths and weaknesses so we know what we need to work on. And then, provide the student with a lesson plan and a clear concise method to achieve their personal academic goals which would be personalized for each student. As a previous student who’s had the unfortunate luck of having absolutely horrendous teachers, I can honestly tell that the dynamics would be way more different. Mistakes are allowed to be made, in fact it is encouraged, the students comfort and needs would have the highest priority. In return, I expect a student to work hard, engage during our online classes and reach out to me with even a minor doubts which extends even outside our set time for tutoring.
