I used to work part-time as an after-school tutor for local primary school students when I was studying at Nanning Teachers' University. During this experience, I discovered the importance of teaching according to the students' needs, so I think the content and methods of my classes can always be adjusted according to the needs of different students. But at the same time I would also focus on interacting with the students and giving them more encouragement. In my teaching, I think I would like to incorporate more interesting traditional Chinese cultural practices to enhance students' interest in Chinese and enrich their knowledge at the same time.
