There are various methods I use to ensure my students get the best from my lessons. Lecture-based teaching: This is where I present information to students through lectures. This can be effective for topics where there is a lot of information to cover or for students who prefer to learn through listening.

Discussion-based teaching: This approach involves encouraging students to participate and share their opinions in a group setting. It can be effective for subjects that require critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Project-based learning: This is where students work on a project over an extended period, allowing them to explore and develop skills in a particular area. It can be effective for subjects that require hands-on learning and real-world problem-solving.
Collaborative learning: This is a technique where students work together in groups to complete tasks or projects. It can be effective for improving teamwork and communication skills.

Ultimately, my most effective teaching method and technique will depend on the subject matter being taught, and the needs of the students themselves. I will use a variety of techniques to engage students and help them learn and grow.
