I start from doing one skill at a time e.g speaking, listening then reading then writing, in order for the students to master the skill completely, and be more confident. It would be a friendly environment, nothing negative. I can go from doing presentations to using notes, or examples of past papers and past works to aid and support the learner. We would go in the tempo the student feels best in- not too fast so that the information will be easier to settle in for longer. A variety of appropriate sources will be used, such as songs to help with the listening skill, or articles and extracts from books to aid in the reading skill. I would never judge a mistake- mistakes happen, mistakes help us become better at what we do. I would grow a good bond with the students, which would help them feel more comfortable and allow for a flow state during the lessons. Questions are an important part- i used to be scared to ask questions during school but that was wrong to do. If you dont understand something, feel free to ask. No question is wrong. We are here to learn.
I may not have the most experience of a professional, though ive been through the exam myself, ive sat and passed. Ive been going to polish school since a little kid. I have been asked to help one student to enhance their Polish vocabulary and their spelling, and it has improved a high amount. Im reliable and trustworthy, and i will go an extra mile to make the students pass on a very good note.
