I like to use presentations as I know that visual stimuli is more accessible and enhances learning. I also like to work on examples as it makes it easier to remember the things that are learned through practice. I am also happy to explain things in greater detail to ensure that the students are comfortable with their knowledge and truly understand the topic.
I am very patient and communicate well with everyone, no matter the age or needs. I will spend as much time as I can to ensure the student understands the topic spoken about and that all explanations are clear for them.
As a bilingual tutor I know what methods that worked for me in learning English and what led to the success I achieved in universities in the Uk. I have also written many pieces of research which allows me to teach students more professional language as well as basic english. I work with people with disabilities and I am able to communicate with non verbal adults which helps me in the rapport I have with students and ensures they receive the best support as possible. I have also studied psychology so I am aware of the challenges that students can face during the process of learning a new language and can go beyond my responsibilities to ensure my students receive the best lessons possible and are able to gain as much knowledge as possible. I thrive from the success of my students and will do all that’s in my power to support them in gaining the confidence in speaking English
