In my lessons, I encourage the students to do the thinking. My role is to ask challenging questions, that lead them in the right direction. I'm also a great fan of alternative teaching methods, such as flip lessons (beginning with a video or piece of reading before exploring the topic), as well as hands-on and visual learning; whether it be through physical resources, such as molecule model kits, diagrams or carefully curated videos.

My classroom teaching took me to some of the most amazing primary and secondary schools in the country - and my international private tutoring took me all around the world. I can always find a way to unlock the talents in my students. I represent the best of British and also Australian education.
