Throughout my 23-year journey as an EFL teacher, I've had the pleasure of working with kids spanning all ages, from little tots to high schoolers.
I've got a Bachelor's degree in teaching English as a Foreign Language, which was a thorough program that gave me the crucial skills and knowledge for teaching both English Language and Literature.
One thing I really excel at is crafting activities and routines that match the age group and encourage learning and curiosity. I'm a big believer in blending traditional teaching with tech for a more dynamic approach. It really amps up student interest and understanding. I'm also well-versed in using digital materials and online resources, with a knack for micro-learning. This means I serve up info in short, easy-to-digest bits, keeping students engaged and helping the knowledge stick.
I'm all about making sure ideas and concepts are crystal clear for my students. I know everyone learns differently, so I tailor my teaching style to match each person's pace and preferences. Plus, I like to keep things interesting and keep them motivated along the way. Giving helpful feedback and tracking their progress is something I take seriously. And when things get tough, I'm right there to help them through any tricky spots. Absolutely! I also make it a point to really understand where my students are coming from, and I'm always patient and supportive as they progress on their learning journey.
