Vincent Onuchi

I am a senior finance professional with extensive experience across a number of industries (including crypto-technology) providing tailored online lessons suitable for recent graduates looking for work, accountancy students and accounting professionals looking to sharpen their skills. I also provide in-person finance training sessions and mentorship to Founders of start-up companies who wish to turn a proof of concept or a basic business plan into a real business that can help them achieve their personal financial goals.

I deliver practical and engaging lessons based on real-life examples including first time adoption of new accounting standards, crypto-accounting and cashflow modelling. The lessons themselves will either be focused on finding a solution to particular business challenge the student is facing or based on common business challenges and pitfalls based on my own extensive experience working non-for-profit organisations, listed businesses and scaling start-ups. Lessons also cover training on accounting ERP tools such as NetSuite, Xero and QuickBooks and how to use AI to build automated finance workflows.

Following each lesson, there will also be take home exercises and additional reference material to review to reinforce learnings and ensure the student has the confidence to apply theories and techniques taught in the real-world.

The overall aim of each lesson is build the student's knowledge, competence and confidence on an iterative basis enabling then to make informed decisions regarding their own personal finance, investments and careers. In the short-term, they should also be able to develop the practical skills need to build and scale finance functions and develop their own accounting expertise.
