Beyond postures, I integrate pranayama, relaxation, and short meditation to help balance the nervous system and improve mental clarity. My approach is deeply rooted in traditional principles, combined with practical modern understanding.
Diet guidance is an essential part of my teaching. I encourage simple, natural, and sattvic food—mainly boiled, steamed, and raw options—customized to individual needs. I also guide students through safe and gradual fasting practices to support detoxification and digestive rest.
Lifestyle coaching includes daily routines (dinacharya), body cleansing techniques, and habits that support long-term health. I emphasize the importance of sleep patterns—helping students align with natural cycles for deeper rest and recovery.
I also address relationships and emotional wellbeing, as they directly affect physical health. Through awareness practices and yogic philosophy, students learn how to respond rather than react, creating more balanced and harmonious connections.
