I want my lessons to be a dynamic exchange of information between my students and I. No question is stupid and I always want to find out what the student knows and wants to find out before I start planning and teaching in series of lessons which are meant to build upon prior knowledge towards the end goal. Small steps are important and I am firm believer that foundation have to be solid to be able to grow, so I am always happy to go back to things that are still unclear and explain again or practise more.
I want my students to enjoy their learning and celebrate their achievements, however small or big.
When things get hard (and they will), please look back to how far you’ve come!
