I personally like to commit to the learners preference of learning online. I engage with the learner as an individual and have the awareness and experience to fulfill what works for them as an individual. So creating lesson plans best suited for them and providing the resources to match their styles and preferences to learning is how I personally teach.
I include a range of learning styles within my lessons, inclusive of visual, auditory, kinaesthetic and reading and writing this helps me to identify how I reach my students on their personal learning journey and provide them with the best possible growth.
