I would like to firstly gain an understanding of each student's individual capabilities and initial knowledge and understanding of the subject.
From that I will be able to assess the student's strengths and weaknesses to be able to tailor the lessons to the student's needs to help the student improve the most.
The lessons will be engaging and challenging for students and I will constantly be reviewing the student's knowledge and checking whether they need help to identify key points of weakness to focus on. I will explain answers to any questions that students have in a clear and concise way that the student is able to understand.
I will also be available to contact outside of lessons if students have any concerns or questions, so they are always able to reach out to me for help.
