I am a qualified and experienced Mathematics teacher with over 13 years of classroom teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England. I am passionate about helping students understand Mathematics clearly, develop confidence and improve their academic performance.

My lessons are structured around each student's individual needs and current level of understanding. I begin by identifying areas of strength and topics that require improvement, then explain mathematical concepts in clear, manageable steps. I use worked examples, questioning, guided practice, problem-solving exercises and regular checks for understanding.

I support Primary, Secondary and GCSE learners, including students who need help strengthening their foundations as well as those preparing for examinations. I can assist with topics including number, fractions, percentages, ratio and proportion, algebra, equations, geometry, graphs, statistics, probability and other key areas of Mathematics.

During online lessons, I use digital resources, screen sharing and interactive explanations to make learning engaging and easy to follow. Students are encouraged to ask questions, attempt problems independently and learn from mistakes in a supportive environment.

My teaching approach is patient, encouraging and focused on measurable progress. I adapt explanations and activities to suit different learning abilities and provide constructive feedback so students understand both what they have done correctly and where they can improve.

My goal is not simply to help students obtain the correct answer, but to help them understand the mathematical reasoning behind it, develop strong problem-solving skills and become more confident independent learners.
