My lessons are delivered online via video call, so they're flexible and easy to fit around school and other commitments. I teach GCSE Maths, English, Business and Chemistry, KS3 and KS2 Maths and English, as well as 11+ tutoring.

Each session is tailored to the individual student — for some, that means working through the content of a topic step by step until it's properly understood; for others, especially closer to exams, it's more focused on past papers and exam-style questions, with detailed feedback on where marks are being lost.

I usually start a new student with a short assessment of where they're at, so lessons aren't generic — we focus on the specific topics and question types they find hardest, rather than working through a textbook from start to finish. I keep the dynamic relaxed and encourage students to ask questions freely, since I remember exactly how daunting GCSE and 11+ content can feel from having sat these exams myself recently.

Having mentored Year 11 students through Maths, English and the Sciences, including over the summer after finishing my own GCSEs, I've built a good sense of where students commonly struggle and how to explain things in a way that actually clicks.

For 11+ specifically, I sat the exam myself and scored 142, so I can speak from real experience about pacing, verbal/non-verbal reasoning technique, and where students typically lose easy marks.

I'm naturally sociable and approachable, and I love helping shy or nervous students open up, build confidence, and feel comfortable asking questions.
