My name is Vadim, and I've been working as a personal trainer for nearly 4 years, coaching clients of all ages and fitness levels — from complete beginners who had never set foot in a gym, to experienced athletes looking to push their performance further.
I am a competitive powerlifter and hold the Candidate Master of Sport title, which means strength training isn't just something I teach — it's something I live. That experience gives me a deep, practical understanding of how the body responds to progressive overload, recovery, and smart programming. I know what works, and more importantly, I know why it works.
How I train my clients
Every client I work with gets a programme built from scratch — no templates, no copy-paste plans. Before we start, I take the time to understand your goal, your schedule, your current fitness level, and any limitations or injuries that need to be taken into account. Only then do I design your training plan.
Sessions are structured, purposeful, and progressive. I don't just hand you a workout and disappear — I track your progress every week, give you feedback on your form, and adjust the programme as your body adapts and improves.
What you can expect
Whether your goal is to build muscle, increase strength, lose weight, or simply feel more confident and energetic in your daily life — I will help you get there with a clear plan and consistent support.
I'm available for questions between sessions, so you're never left wondering whether you're doing something right. I believe that good coaching is about communication as much as programming.
My approach is straightforward: show up, stay consistent, and trust the process. The results will follow.
If you're ready to start or just want to ask a few questions first — feel free to reach out. I'm happy to have a quick chat before you commit to anything.
