I am an experienced and dedicated teacher with over twenty years in education, including more than five years specialising in teaching Spanish. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong commitment to helping students achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
I have extensive experience preparing students for GCSE and A Level Spanish examinations, guiding them through the requirements of each component with a clear and structured approach. My students benefit from targeted exam preparation, regular practice, and constructive feedback that builds both confidence and competence.

My teaching methodology is varied and dynamic, incorporating a wide range of activities designed to develop all four key language skills: listening, reading, speaking, and writing. I believe that engaging lessons and diverse resources are essential to maintain motivation and ensure effective learning.
A key aspect of my teaching is getting to know each student as an individual. I take the time to understand their strengths, needs, and learning styles, allowing me to adapt my approach accordingly. By creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, I encourage students to take risks, build confidence, and actively participate in their own progress.

My goal as a teacher is not only to help students succeed in their exams but also to inspire a genuine interest in the Spanish language and culture that will stay with them beyond the classroom. I also value collaboration with colleagues and parents, continuously reflecting on my practice to improve outcomes and ensure every learner receives the highest quality educational experience possible.
