My teaching approach focuses on identifying and building upon students' strengths while addressing areas for improvement with patience and tailored support. I incorporate retrieval practice, regular exposure to exam-style questions, and real-life applications to ensure a well-rounded understanding of mathematical concepts. This approach not only enhances confidence but also equips students with the skills they need to excel in exams and beyond. I am able to reach the pupils level of understanding and build them up from there, in confidence and ability.
