I have 5.5 years of teaching experience in total includng 6 months of professional teaching. I have taught kids aged 5-15 with different strengths and capabilties and some with learning disabilities.
I use professional equipment for my sessions like a camera with tripod, separate camera for handwriting and drawing figues, zoom diagrams, annotations, emotes, diagrams, powerpoint presentations and videos. I keep the student engaged by asking regular questions instead of delivering a long monotonous lecture. I try to be friends with the kid rather than maintaing a student-teacher gap.
I also have fun sessions with the students once in a whle which makes my relationship stronger with them and the kids also feel motivated and obliged to study well.
Also, I believe in less talking and more doing so see you in the session. :)
