I’m a very experienced tutor, I like to believe that I take my time to transfer knowledge to the understanding of the student. I usually give projects and assignments to assist in helping with their proficiency and improvements. I try to hold conversations about real life situations for students who would like to learn English as a foreign language so that they could easily get familiar with the topics, I also try to create a good friendly relationship between me and my students so that it would be easier to learn more effectively.
Personally, I usually create notes and revise before any lecture and I also try to make it even more convenient by taking this classes when it best suited both me and my student. I’m a sucker for knowledge, I love to read and I believe spreading my knowledge to other people helps give me better understanding of what am doing.
I Provide an activity-based learning program not just “chalk and talk.” I also encourage my students to get involved rather than just spectating. Check in regularly to make sure that they succeed in their learning.I encourage self-confidence and perseverance and show them how they're progressing. I use bingo, it a fun well-known game that can be used to review vocabulary or other language concepts. I also advice to use websites like 'ESL Activities’, or even Duolingo it’s an app that helps to speed up language learning skills at your own pace and time.
In conclusion I’ve been doing study tutorials for years now and am very proactive when it comes to learning, and I’ll teach my students based on their current level of proficiency.
