Teaching is a job I enjoy doing because it is my passion to impact lives. Because of this interest, I took up a career in teaching where I studied English Language and Education.
Over the years I have gathered experience ranging from teaching in preschool to primary and secondary schools. My students give testimonies because of my resilience toward helping them be the best among their equals.
In my lessons, I recognize that not all students will learn at the same pace, so I give room to slow learners. I present my lesson in the simplest form to make it understandable for all categories of learners.
My lesson can be dynamic in the sense that, I do not use the same teaching method, I look for teaching methods that can be effective for each topic. Sometimes I teach first and allow my students to ask questions and I could allow them to interact from the beginning of the class while I round off the class with the note I prepare for the class.
I have 5 years of experience teaching. I have encountered students from different races and languages, and I even taught children who cannot speak or write in the English language, and within 4 months they could speak basic English language and write all alphabets of English and write words and spell too.
I love to use things that students can relate to as instructional materials, this is because I believe that students will remember if they can relate.
