Tony Wright

I am a Leadership and Management Development Facilitator. I have designed and delivered global training and development interventions for more than 100 large companies, at all levels and in all business sectors. I am also a Fellow of the Association for Coaching and a qualified Executive Coach. I enjoy sharing theory, models and frameworks and helping people turn them into practical actions and behaviours which are appropriate for their context. My style is involving, engaging, challenging and fun. I believe that when people are enjoying the learning process then it is much more likely that the learning will be implemented and sustained. I have wide experience in helping people explore their own personality, beliefs, values and methodologies and enabling them to maximise their strengths whilst taking the risk out of their areas of weakness.
