I am an experienced leadership and project professional with over 25 years’ experience across the NHS, public, voluntary sectors, and the Armed Forces. I specialise in coaching and mentoring individuals to build confidence, develop transferable skills, and progress into education, employment, or career change.

I have a strong track record in workforce development, including delivering successful employment programmes that supported young people into sustainable careers.
