My lessons are very personal and built around you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts, so everything we do is based on your goals, your current fitness level, and even the space or equipment you have available. Since I coach remotely, I make sure the process is simple, flexible, and easy for you to stay consistent with.
A typical session starts with a proper warm-up, then we go into the main workout—this could be strength training, fat loss-focused routines, or general fitness depending on what you’re aiming for—and we finish with a cooldown. I also take time to explain what we’re doing and why, so you’re not just following instructions, you actually understand your training.
I’ve worked with clients remotely, so I understand how to keep people engaged and accountable even without being physically there. I’m also currently studying for my NASM certification, so I’m always learning and improving how I coach.
I’d say my coaching style is supportive but also honest. I’ll encourage you and keep you motivated, but I’ll also push you when I know you can do more. I really focus on consistency and proper form because that’s what brings real results over time. More than anything, I genuinely love what I do. Helping people grow stronger, feel more confident, and see progress—it means a lot to me, and I bring that energy into every session. I am emphatic, patient, fun, a very good listener and I make sure that no matter what, you are consistent and achieve your goals.
