My lessons are calm, structured, and entirely focused on you. As a UK-qualified teacher (PGCE Mathematics, Master's in Education) with over five years of experience teaching adults online, I understand that returning to education can feel daunting. We will start with a friendly, no-pressure diagnostic assessment to identify your strengths and exactly where you need support. From there, I design a personal learning plan just for you.

Each session is delivered live via interactive video. I use a virtual whiteboard and shared resources so you can see problems worked through step-by-step in real time. Whether you are building confidence with everyday numeracy, working towards Functional Skills qualifications (Entry Level to Level 2), or preparing for GCSE-equivalent exams, my approach is patient and practical. I use real-life examples to make maths relevant and help it stick.

I specialise in supporting adults who have been away from education for a while, as well as ESOL learners who need maths support embedded with clear language. Between lessons, you will receive a summary of what we covered and optional practice tasks. My goal is to build not just your skills, but your confidence to use them independently.
