My strategy to ensure each student gets the best experience, is to get to know each person individually and tailor the lessons to specific needs and preferences. No two lessons will look the same and lessons may change over time to support individual development. I aim to make lessons fun and engaging but also simple so that students will understand what they have learned. Additionally, I apply a proven method of repetition so that students can retain concepts and key terms for English that have been applied where I currently work: an outstanding school. Students will learn clear structures to apply to answer analytical question and will learn how to revise and practice independently. Some lessons will differ slightly from regular English lessons to allow students to develop a broad and exciting knowledge of the world that they can apply to their critical and analytical reasoning which enables perceptive responses. Students will therefore develop a holistic and broad knowledge of English that they will not only apply to their exams but will apply to all aspects of learning. This knowledge has been developed over a decade working in the educational field. I have worked with numerous SEND students in alternative provisions where it enabled to understand approaches to take to encourage learning regardless of the students ability or level. Additionally, I have taught in 2 outstanding schools where I have ran inspiration extra curricular activities to support the development of confident communication. I have also acquired a Masters in Education and I am currently working towards pursuing my PHD in Education.
