What makes a pretty handy drummer a completely indispensable well rounded musician?

1) Music theory knowledge
2) A second, perhaps third and forth instrument (s)
3) Live click track experience.
4) The ability to switch seamlessly between time-feels
5) The ability to switch seamlessly between genera.
6) Whist nailing the click and arrangement.
7) Snare drum artistry.
8) Fast well-oiled feet on both kick drums/double pedal and kick/Hat.
9) The ability to really lay into a groove and power the band forward. If the audience are going to dance that groove needs to really 'pop'.
10) Great technical/technological capabilities plus a live rig that's dependable.
11) Music and AV production skills.
