I am currently studying a degree in English language and would love to go on to be a teacher so tutoring is something I have an incredibly strong passion for. Having worked with people in family restaurants and shops from the age of sixteen I have a rather good resume with working with different types of people.
English is a subject all people can be successful at! Whether you love an argument, can’t grasp a concept or are as introverted as a minute year 7 like myself trying to join sports teams (seven years ago and 5’1) there’s a way to express yourself through English and get a marvellous grade doing so. Believing everyone can find a writing style to sound beautiful and authentic can be hard but I refuse to let anyone I come into contact with not do so.
Struggling is awful at school/ sixth form- you have the aspects of growing up, staying healthy and gaining responsibility, in essence worrying about exams shouldn’t even need to be considered… and it doesn’t have to be. My unique and friendly style can help. We look at areas of struggle and turn them into something we grow to like, we flip the switch to suit each individual person and we don’t look back!
