My name is Tiffany and I am a Master's student, studying Musical Leadership at York St John University. Alongside university I also work part time as a pastoral tutor in a FE college and part time as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. I am friendly, reliable and flexible with my teaching styles to meet a student’s needs.

I am a classically trained trumpet player, but have a range of experience in other styles. I have played in a range of different ensembles, including big bands, orchestras, singing in a choir and will try to integrate some singing in lessons to help consolidate any musical motifs. I have experience leading ensembles, both ranging in size and style. I most recently led a trumpet ensemble where we played a quartet version of Bohemian Rhapsody. I am always looking for new opportunities to start new and trial new ensemble ideas.

I have a couple of years 1 to 1 trumpet teaching and have experience within a school setting. I am currently offering both online trumpet and music lessons which are both will be tailored to your needs. Each session offered is personalised to the learner and we progress as quickly as you would like. I aim that at the end of each session you walk away from the lesson feeling you have learned and accomplished something. Music examinations are always on offer and I would happily help and advise you work towards any grade with either Trinity college London or ABRSM.
