I like to make my tutoring lessons fun and engaging, to ensure I get the most out of my sessions. I use PowerPoint to present my lessons as well as keeping it nice and simple with white-boards, pen and papers. I specialise in English literature and creative writing tutoring, having achieved a 9/A** in GCSE English Literature and further achieving a First Honours degree in English BA (Literature and Language). Throughout my experience, I have learnt that young people learn more when they are in an immersive environment they enjoy and allow themselves to become involved in the lessons. I specialised in teaching english as a foreign language during university, allowing me to interact with different types. students with different English language levels. I am aware of multiple different exam boards SPECS and want to build my student’s confidence and awareness in their linguistic and writing abilities.
