I usually do one-on-one coaching, feedbacking, assessment, and then based on that, I adjust my teaching technique. I tailor my strategies based on the output or results provided by pupils during the session. Assessment basically will be discovering their current level of proficiency of the language and where they need more assistance. Feedbacking also increases the learners' motivation on what to target for a period of time then sees what still needs to be achieved.
