Thomas Nyachwaya

I am a dedicated and versatile teacher with over five years of teaching experience in Mathematics, Business Studies, Science, Agriculture and Pre-Technical Studies. One of my greatest strengths is leadership. I have served in leadership positions including Deputy Headteacher, Director of Studies and Head of Junior School, where I have gained experience in academic coordination, staff management, discipline and school administration.

I am academically strong and committed to learner achievement, particularly in Mathematics. I am able to identify learners' needs, simplify difficult concepts and use different teaching approaches to improve understanding and performance.

I am also organised, responsible and a good team player. I work well with teachers, learners and school management and can confidently coordinate school programmes and activities.

Another key strength is my ability to adapt and learn. I am computer literate and able to integrate technology into teaching, assessment and school administration.

Above all, I am disciplined, hardworking, honest and committed to continuous professional growth. I take initiative, solve problems effectively and always strive to contribute positively to the growth and success of the institution.

Im open to discuss anything pertaining why I offer and how effective and efficient it can benefit my learners. I'm passionate about education being the backbone of success in life. I bring on board distinct teaching and learning methods and strategies that I have a strong believe in and I know can bring a turn around to my learners in their love for mathematics and other learning areas.
