My lessons are built to motivate, challenge, and genuinely move people forward. With a background as a full time firefighter and former professional rugby player, now playing semi pro, I’ve spent my life in environments where pressure is constant and giving up isn’t an option. That experience shapes everything I teach. I focus on discipline, resilience, teamwork, and staying calm when things get tough the same qualities that have carried me through elite sport and emergency service work.
Each session is practical and straight to the point. I don’t believe in overcomplicating things or drowning people in theory. Instead, I break everything down into simple, actionable steps that build confidence and momentum. My aim is to help students realise they’re capable of far more than they think, and to give them the tools to prove it to themselves.
Mental-health awareness is a big part of my approach. I’ve seen how stress, setbacks, and self-doubt can affect people, and I create a space where students feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow. I’m honest, I’m direct, and I’m here to help people push through barriers not just talk about them.
Every lesson is interactive and tailored to the individual. I give clear guidance, real feedback, and consistent accountability.
