For GCSE students my lessons would be structured to their specific wants and needs. Every session would ideally be structured around practice questions and/or papers. The student might select a topic they are weak at and I could give them a short lesson on the topic, then set them off on a set of questions, helping them with any they are struggling with, and marking them after. I could also help them go through a practice paper. Either the student could complete the paper and I could go through it with them after marking it, or I could help them through it in real time.

For younger students and levels, I would try and make my lessons more interactive and simple. Helping them through homework and focusing on specific topics and skills they may need.
