My maths lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I use a blend of textbooks, online resources, and custom-made slides to explain concepts clearly and visually. Each session typically starts with a warm-up or recap, followed by focused teaching, guided practice, and time for questions or exam-style problems.

I’ve been a private tutor for over four years, working with students across different levels and abilities. I regularly use past papers to help students build confidence and prepare effectively for exams. Currently, I’m an undergraduate student studying Physics and Computer Science at the University of Glasgow, a Russell Group university. My academic background helps me bring real-world context and problem-solving strategies into my teaching.

I aim to create a supportive, encouraging and friendly environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas. I adapt my pace and methods to suit each learner, whether they need help catching up and brushing off skills, preparing for exams, or pushing ahead. My goal is not just to improve grades, but to help students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of maths that will benefit them long-term.
