Hi Parents! I teach GCSE Science - Biology.

I have experience in Biology Science as I have studied Double Award science during GCSEs, to Applied sciences (Medical Science) in College and in University I studied Anatomy and Physiology in paramedicine so my knowledge on Biology is advanced to higher education. I have taught classes before and done tutoring for two years.

In the first session I will break down the topics that come up in last years GCSE papers so we can run through which topics you can do confidently and which you are struggling with. This will help me identify your core strengths and weaknesses.

Any topics you request will be made at the beginning of each lesson so I can prepare for the next lesson.

After we complete these tasks I will then give you a topic or subject and ask you to brainstorm everything that comes to your mind about this particular topic. From there we will move onto the presentations.

I use powerpoint presentations and word documents when teaching lessons. I will present to you each lesson a subject or topic of interest you are struggling with on PowerPoint. I use diagrams and pictures to help you form a picture of the topics I will teach you.

On the word document I will provide with you a quiz to test your knowledge on what you have learnt from the session.

Any questions about my teaching methods you can also put that into the feedback at the end of the session.

There will be a five minute slot at the end of each session for positive and constructive feedback for myself to improve my tutoring which I would really appreciate you students doing. It would help me teach you students better! :)
