The most important step for learning a new language is patience. My approach is grammar, pronunciations, vocabulary. I love to give my students some reading examples and let them try to pronounce the English word correctly. Some times a person can say a word but without the correct pronunciations the word can be difficult to understand.

Grammar is also one of the top lesson's a new student need to learn because without the correct grammar skills the student can be lost at times, and that is why the vocabulary is also just as important as grammar and pronunciation.

But with this said, learning can be fun. I like to make my classroom full of fun learning activities. My students don't need to anxious or nervous when coming to my classroom. I want to build a strong respectfully relationship with my student and they need to know they can always trust me with anything that they don't understand. Because they are the one's learning I work on a paste that suits my learner.
