My lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s needs. I draw on over a decade of experience in education (since 2011), teaching both secondary and post-16 students across a wide range of subjects. At GCSE level I teach Geography, Citizenship, RE and Sociology, and at A-Level I specialise in Law, Sociology, Psychology and Criminology.

My sessions balance clear explanation with active learning. I break down complex ideas into manageable steps, use real-world examples to build understanding, and encourage students to think critically and independently. Lessons typically include guided teaching, discussion, exam-focused practice, and personalised feedback so students know exactly how to improve.

I am experienced in supporting learners with SEND needs and always create dyslexia-friendly content and resources. This includes structured notes, visual aids, accessible layouts, and alternative ways to engage with material. My goal is to help every student feel confident, capable, and genuinely supported.

I am an examiner and moderator for Religious Studies and Criminology so can give tips and tricks to support what the Examiners are looking for within your exam responses.
