My lessons are structured yet flexible and tailored to each student’s individual goals and challenges. Sessions integrate guided reflection, practical tools, and self-reflection to support self-understanding, emotional regulation, solution exploration, and the development of effective coping strategies. Drawing on my experience as a life coach, ADHD coach, insight coach, and family coach, I provide a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment in which students feel understood, respected, and actively engaged. I encourage clients to think creatively, explore new perspectives, and identify both internal strengths and external resources. The focus is on practical progress that can be applied immediately in daily life. My coaching style is calm, ethical, and grounded, with strong listening and reflective skills.
In addition, my academic background and life experience in China, Canada, Thailand, and the UK have given me a deep understanding of cultural diversity and life transitions. I work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and support them through personal, academic, and life changes, helping them build confidence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in new environments.
