First of all, I make it a point to understand my students likes and dislikes. The reason is, that tells me where they lose their marks. Once I have that information, I help the student in building their strengths in that area to eliminate the gap sin their knowledge, making them more confident in that subject. I then carry out tests to confirm the gap in knowledge has been filled, and move on to the next issue at hand.

I truly believe in a reflective and spiral education, meaning my students will go through a topic a few times to ensure full confidence, and after some time, they will be tested to check if they remember what they have learned, assuring them that their knowledge has permanently grown and are set to enter the next phase of their subject and education

I make it a priority to have a respectful and warm relationship with my students and build a foundation of trust so that they can share their concerns with me fully and without no fear.
