Hello, Future Student!

My name is Miss Spencer, and I’d like to share a little about why I love teaching.

I enjoy teaching because there is always room for growth and improvement. Seeing my students work hard toward their goals brings me so much joy. Every goal achieved, no matter how small, is a step forward and a great accomplishment. I believe that learning should be a positive and engaging experience, where students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. Education is not just about memorizing facts—it’s about understanding concepts, building confidence, and developing essential skills for the future.

Experience & Teaching Approach
I have experience working with students of all ages and abilities. My teaching approach is flexible, incorporating elements of Montessori learning, which encourages independence, hands-on activities, and self-paced progress. I believe that when students take an active role in their learning, they develop a deeper understanding of subjects and gain essential problem-solving skills. I tailor my methods to match each student’s individual needs, ensuring they feel confident and motivated. Whether you need extra help with a tricky topic or want to advance beyond your current level, I will ensure that our lessons are both productive and enjoyable.
