I am Tamsin, an English coach with over 4,500 lessons and a business background. I help professionals speak clearly, confidently, and naturally at work.

I have been teaching English on Preply since 2021, with over 4,500 lessons taught and a 4.98 rating.


I specialise in helping professionals communicate more confidently at work, especially in meetings, presentations, and interviews. My approach focuses on practical communication, not just grammar, so students can use English naturally in real situations.


Before teaching, I spent 15 years in sales within the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. This experience allows me to understand the real communication challenges professionals face, from speaking in meetings to building relationships with clients in English.


I hold a TEFL certification from i-to-i and a 150 hour Advanced TEFL Certificate from TEFL Universal. I continue to develop my teaching skills through ongoing training and practical experience with students from a wide range of industries and backgrounds.


In my lessons, I combine structured materials with real conversation practice. I focus on helping students think in English, reduce hesitation, and build confidence through consistent, personalised feedback.
