Some life planning excercises to do in your own time
We set an overarching goal for the sessions
We agree the balance between coaching and mentoring style which will work for you
We agree the number of sesssions
You bring something you would like to work on to each session - we discuss it, I help you to see it from all perspectives and unravel where you may be getting stuck. We look at the options for you and next steps
I also have a life audit structure / business plan structure (depending on what you are looking to achieve) - we can work through if you would rather follow a process
You can contact me anytime in between sessions with questions
It is up to you to seize the day and complete your agreed actions - I like to check in to keep you motivated and on track
