I am an adaptive tutor aiming to ensure each lesson suits my student’s ways of learning - this includes clear goal setting, use of games, watching short videos and analysis of exam technique. I keep lessons engaging for my students and will end sessions with a reflection of how the student wants to move forward, or topics they’d like to revisit.
Guidance with essay structure will be weaved in throughout lessons and I am more than happy to go over assessments with the student to help them understand how to improve upon their exam technique.

I have a multitude of experience in childcare and general work within schooling environments. For example, for two years I tutored GCSE level Drama students, helping them to achieve two grades higher than their predicted, and found this extremely rewarding. I also have worked for two years at after-school care for primary school students. I am currently tutoring a Psychology student but am looking to increase my client base.
