I enjoy helping people understand their health in a way that feels simple, practical and relevant to their everyday lives. Over the years, I’ve taught school pupils, teenagers and adults on a wide range of health topics, and I’ve learned how to adjust my approach so each person feels comfortable, respected and able to ask questions freely.

My lessons cover personal hygiene, healthy habits and body awareness for younger learners, menstrual hygiene, using clear explanations and examples they can relate to. For adolescents and adults, I offer comprehensive sexual and reproductive health education, including puberty, menstrual health, contraception, fertility, and how the female reproductive system works. I also teach how to prevent infections, the importance of screening, and how vaccines protect against certain types of cancer.

I provide straightforward guidance on HIV prevention, treatment literacy and how mother-to-child transmission can be avoided. My aim is always to give learners accurate information they can trust, without judgement or confusion.

Each session is interactive and practical, with ample opportunity for discussion. I focus on building confidence, correcting misconceptions and helping learners make informed decisions about their health.
