Sya Chzhen

I bring extensive experience teaching in higher education and focus on creating a supportive, stress-free environment where students feel comfortable exploring and learn. My approach is highly student-centred: I adapt my teaching methods to suit the needs of each group, encouraging critical thinking and independent learning. I aim to make lessons both effective and enjoyable, so that students not only achieve their learning goals but also feel motivated and confident. In my classes, you will never need to worry about being judged or pressured—you will be able to engage, learn, and grow in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. I am a holder of an HEA Associate Fellowship.
