My lessons are designed to make psychology come alive. I combine theory with real-life applications, so students don’t just memorize—they truly understand and connect with the subject. Having taught students across the UK, Dubai, and India for AQA, IGCSE, and GCSE boards, I understand different exam patterns and how to tailor strategies for each learner.
A typical session begins with a warm-up discussion or question to spark curiosity. From there, I break down key concepts using examples from daily life, case studies, or recent research. I focus on exam skills as much as subject knowledge—helping students structure answers, meet AO1–AO5 criteria, and think critically about strengths and limitations of theories and studies.
My teaching is highly interactive. I use storytelling, analogies, and even gamified elements to boost retention. For visual learners, I provide diagrams and mind maps; for analytical learners, I highlight evaluation strategies and structured essay writing. Every student receives personalized feedback, so progress is visible and motivating.
Beyond academics, I bring in my experience as a psychology graduate and clinical intern, which means I can provide insights that make topics feel practical and relevant. Students not only improve their grades but also develop a genuine appreciation for psychology as a subject that explains human behavior and thinking.
Above all, I aim to create a supportive, engaging environment where students feel confident, curious, and motivated to excel.
