Svaja Radvila

I am an experienced and versatile music educator with over 20 years of teaching expertise, specialising in piano, keyboard, clarinet, saxophone, and flute.

Since 2012, I have worked with Thurrock Music Services, delivering high-quality one-to-one and small group instrumental lessons across a range of schools. My work in Thurrock has included developing young musicians from beginner to advanced levels, preparing students for graded exams, and supporting their musical development through ensemble work and school performances.
In 2016, I joined Barking and Dagenham Music Services as a woodwind specialist, where I have been leading whole-class instrumental tuition. My approach focuses on making music accessible, engaging and confidence-building, while encouraging teamwork and creativity in the classroom setting.
Since 2023, I have also been working with Bexley Music, teaching piano to individual pupils in primary and secondary schools. I’m passionate about nurturing students’ musicality and expression while supporting their technical growth and enjoyment of music.
With a patient, structured, and student-centred approach, I aim to inspire a lifelong love of music in every learner I teach.
