My coaching sessions are relaxed and chilled out. No couches are required.
They can be in-person if we are within distance or online face to face is amazing as well.
The first session is always a get to know you chat, for you to understand how I go about helping you and what tools I use but more importantly it is for you to decided if you want to invest this time with me.
The sessions are talking sessions but there is homework for you, each session you will go away and work through what we have talked about. Do not worry this is not intense hours of work, but it can be intense as you look at your WHAT, WHY and HOW.
I incorporate mindfulness to bring us into the present moment. Yoga can also be used to help bring us into our bodies, stretch out the tension and settle those shoulders down from the ears. Breathwork moves us from the flight or fight response of the sympathetic nervous system into the rest and digest mode, facilitated by the parasympathetic nervous system. This is the system we want to be in, because lets face it not many Lions are chasing us these days. Well!! Maybe the odd social media one!
