I have completed M.Phil. in Applied Mathematics. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. As a teacher it is my daily endeavour to live up to the expectations of individual requirements of every child I would come in contact with. It's chaotic but I feel like going that extra mile. First and foremost I offer the students the same level of respect I expected from them. The teaching aspects of my career include successful instructor at a School and an Academy. I have no doubt that I am making a positive impact on the world while experiencing personal and professional growth. I find it truly gratifying to guide young souls and witness their transformation into amazing individuals. Yes, teaching can be difficult, sometimes underappreciated, and often exhausting, but the rewards make it all worthwhile. I believe in praising attempts, hard work, and improvement using positive reinforcement. I prefer to utilise available or low-cost resources, including parents, counsellors, fellow teachers, research, and the students themselves, to help them reach their full potential. I never blame students who may resist being pushed academically due to trauma or negative experiences. Instead, I follow the approach of ' work on them, work with them, and work for them', recognising their age and intentions. I believe that they will work hard when they feel supported as part of a team. To foster that relationship, I establish clear expectations, offer assistance, and build trust to communicate openly. I aim to create an engaging, interesting, and interactive classroom environment to cater to diverse needs.
